General Information

Oréole ships worldwide. We are working with international services like UPS, DHL, FedEx, Asenda and local Post Offices. .

Shipping costs and delays depends on the the method selected and the destination. They are automatically calculated at checkout.

Tracking number

At least one method with tracking number is available for all destinations. The availability of tracking is indicated upon the selection of the shipping method.

Quand est-ce que mes articles sont expédiés?

En général, vos articles sont expédiés entre 3 et 5 jours (ouvrables) après la réception de la commande. L'information est communiquée par e-mail.

Package marked as "delivered"

You are responsible for tracking and receiving your package with the Post Office (or couriers service).

If you cannot find a package marked as delivered by the Post Office (or courier service), please get in touch with them to submit a claim.

If you choose a method without a tracking number, Oréole is no longer responsible for the package once it is shipped and put in the hands of the courier service.

Missing or incorrect information (customer error)

Orders not delivered due to incomplete addresses or errors in customer information are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
