Shipping policy

General Information

For a large part of our destinations, delivery is free starting from 3 items. Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.

For 2 items or less, here are the average shipping costs and delivery times (in business days):

* Precise calculation according to the address is carried out automatically at the checkout (also depends on the weight of the order).

Tracking number

At least one method with tracking number is available for all destinations. The availability of tracking is indicated upon the selection of the shipping method.

Package marked as "delivered"

Unless you chose an insured delivery method (see next section), you are responsible for tracking and receiving your package with the Post Office (or couriers service).

If you cannot find a package marked as delivered by the Post Office (or courier service), please get in touch with them to submit a claim.

If you choose a method without a tracking number, Oréole is no longer responsible for the package once it is shipped and put in the hands of the courier service.

Delivery with Insurance

Delivery insurance, insured delivery, or premium delivery is a shipping method that includes insurance against delivery risks: lost package, damaged package, package marked as delivered, stolen package, or other similar situations.

When you choose Delivery with Insurance, Oréole will handle the necessary steps to compensate you.

Please note that these are situations where the customer is not at fault.

Missing or incorrect information (customer error)

Orders not delivered due to incomplete addresses or errors in customer information are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
