We work very hard to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your product.
Only 1% of our packages are returned to us, and most of this 1% is due to a size problem. We make you the best proposals regarding size, based on our extensive order history. By following them, there is little chance that you will be mistaken
Wrong size? No problem, ask for an exchange.
If you notice that you do not have the right size, no problem, we will send you another size on request. We will cover the cost of sending you the second product (from us to you), however to limit abuse, delivery to return the first product received (from you to us) is at your expense.
Satisfaction or refund for 30 days
All orders placed on our site are covered for 30 days (from the date of the order) by our "No Worry" Guarantee, which allows you to obtain a refund in the very unlikely event that we are unable to satisfy you.
If you wish to initiate a return or an exchange, go on your customer account (click here), click on the order then click on return request button on the top right. Follow the instructions
Note that return shipping and logistics are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene reasons, boxers and socks are final sales.
