Quality, our commitment

We work very hard to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your product.

Only 1% of our packages are returned to us and most of this 1% is due to a size problem. We make you the best proposals regarding size, based on our extensive order history. By following them, there is little chance that you will be mistaken

 

Wrong size? No problem, ask for an exchange.

If you notice that you do not have the right size, no problem, we will send you another size on request. We will cover the cost of sending you the second product (from us to you), however to limit abuse, delivery to return the first product received (from you to us) is at your expense.

 

Satisfaction or refund for 30 days

All orders placed on our site are covered for 30 days (from the date of the order) by our "No Worry" Guarantee which allows you to obtain a refund in the very unlikely event that we are unable to satisfy you.

To initiate the exchange or refund procedure, simply contact us at contact@oreole-shop.com and we will send you detailed instructions as appropriate.

Note that return shipping and logistics are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if the customer wishes, to simplify return logistics, we (Oréole) can purchase and provide the customer with a return label for an amount equal to the initial delivery costs. In such a case, the refund would be made excluding delivery costs to cover the cost of the return label.

Note: For obvious reasons, intimate and personal items such as boxers and socks cannot be returned and are final sales.
